Confirmation of sample quality
It is important to confirm the sample before placing a large order. It is important to prevent some unqualified suppliers from indiscriminately filling up.

Write clear price terms
Nowadays, FOB price is the most common way of transaction. But the PI must indicate the word FOB on it to prevent the supplier from taking this when there is a problem.
Additional Delivery Terms
Once the specific delivery date is confirmed with the supplier, be sure to attach additional terms and conditions. The following is a phrase often used by our factories and other customers.
The factory shall pay for the large shipment within the delivery time specified in the PI, and in case of extension, 10% of the PI amount for each week of extension. The customer shall pay for the goods within the time specified in the PI, and in case of delay, 10% of the PI amount shall be paid for each week of delay.
Both parties are bound to each other and it is a win-win situation.
Additional Benefit Clause
If bulk quality problems are found after the large shipment arrives at the overseas warehouse, this is the last situation you want to encounter when doing trade. So when signing PI, it is very necessary to write down the compensation conditions according to the specific situation.
The customer and the factory can negotiate with each other to get a mutually satisfactory result, and then state it on the PI.
