We provide services to committed business partners seeking long-term manufacturing relationships, not one-time or test orders.

3. Order Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Flexible MOQ available for committed long-term partners. Specific quantities determined based on product specifications and partnership commitment level.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders that don't align with our long-term partnership criteria.

Production timelines vary based on order complexity and current capacity. Standard lead times range from 15-45 days depending on customization requirements.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule

6. Intellectual Property

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Terms
Standard delivery terms are FOB Ningbo Port. Alternative shipping arrangements can be negotiated based on order volume and partnership agreements.
Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed shipping point, unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the business relationship with 30 days written notice. Existing orders and commitments remain binding until completion.
Immediate termination may occur in cases of payment default, breach of confidentiality, or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ningbo, China, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct negotiation and mediation before formal arbitration proceedings.
